CNC Prototype China - CNC Machined Prototype

For complex parts that require control and precision in the machining process, cnc prototype china provides an automated zeroing system that provides flexibility and maximization of machining results, increasing machining efficiency and productivity.

In adding up to materials such as PU foam and MDF for theoretical models, metal parts, ABS and Nylom, Fastparts it is also concentrate in resources such as acrylic, which necessitate skill and mastery in finishing.

Prototype Normal Scale

In the process of product development, it is necessary to develop the prototype of the part in question, so that it is possible to carry out the verification and homologation of the details of the project.
The prototypes are subjected to a series of rigorous quality processes, being validated by the process of dimensional control with images of the products scanned in 3D.

Prototypes in Sheet

The development of sheet metal prototypes requires the use of simplified stamping tools, where the geometry of the part is guaranteed by the machining and cutting processes and its details are defined by the laser equipment.

The finish can be zinc plated, anodized or full paint as per design detail.

Advantages of the process:
  • Low cost
  • Tool change flexibility
  • Stamped on customer supplied material

For the reproduction of metal parts, things to use:

FEP - Prototype Stamping Tool
Developed for the purpose of reproducing parts with geometries and functionalities of the final part. With the raw material defined by the customer, it is possible to produce from 100 to 500 units.

MIP - Prototype Injection Moulding

Machine Numerical control machines are used to make injection molds to produce a high volume of prototypes - between 100 and 5,000 units - with competitive term and final part quality.

MS - Silicone Mould

Always using polyurethane to simulate the final product, the silicone mould has certain limitation of the production of parts in the definitive material - between 30 and 50 units - depending on the geometry of the part.

MT - Thermoforming Mould

A Thermoforming mould can be produced for prototype production, with the quantity of parts varying between 50 and 200 units.
